Child Custody…Obtaining Full (Sole) Custody of Child or Children…

Just some food for thought... Child Custody cases can be difficult when both parents want the child or children...now if one parent is out to get the other and doesn't care what happens to the other parent and desperately wants that other parent out of the child/children's life. Even after countless efforts to establish good communications for the benefit of child/children, bends over backwards to please not only the courts but the other parent in how much they want their child in their life...the efforts have failed completely after many years of working through this... Is there a remedy out there where we as Secured Parties can claim said child/children and take full (sole) custody of child/children until we can establish a more healthier relationship for the child?
