Claiming chattle property to effect release of property?

i want to do a civil suit  for property.  I am the secured party creditor and My son is the debtor. I want to file a civil suit  for my property , my son who is incarcerated.  Need  the verbage for the civil suit. Is  Hope some one can help or send me to someone who can   thank you
