Clarification.

Completed my SPC filing through SFS and am ready to start my business just need to make sure it is done correctly. Here is what I’m thinking....set up a new trust for the business get an eIN, open bank acct and start operating the business as a trust. Is that correct? And do I need to file any paperwork with the county or state? If I got this correct when I set up a business as a trust it is not a sole prop., license, or any other type of business. Is this correct? Thank you.
