commercial lien

i am familiar with the process, but i am seeking advice and/or assistance with filing against state prosecutors, in the state of fl. i have a criminal record in virginia, and florida keeps attacking me (criminal court) without just cause. they claim my history in virginia to keep taking me to court. while i did do 17yrs in prison in virginia, i gained a paralegal degree from college and began this FREEDOM JOURNEY. so none of my knowledge has been put to the test pertaining commercial liens, and i really need help from these victimizers. thank you
