Copyright Claims

Hi, so i've just sent off a presentment to an online public records company(charges a fee to give information). I included a copyright notice, cease and desist, invoice as well as a copy of my UCC filing. I had the invoice notarised and gave notice to respond 10 days. When i get ready to send round two, is there anything specific to send? I ask because thus-far I have been going off of a normal process for debt collectors modifying it to work for this purpose. My thought is to send notice of fault opportunity to cure,copy of notorised invoice, affidavit of service and a new notarised invoice? Please correct me, add to or help in any way because i just joined and have been piecing info together thus-far. Thanks to all, peace and blessings!
