Couple of Questions

1) I'm currently incarcerated and I just received a parole from the Michigan Department of Corrections. due to me already having my SPC filing complete, how do I stop them from being able to enforce their parole conditions on me including but not limited to the GPS monitoring? 2) I'm currently incarcerated and I just recently received a parole from the Michigan Department of Corrections. Due to me already having my SPC filing complete and filed, how do go about rescinding the parole contract? 3) Is it possible to have a financial service like Visa or American Express activate a debit card for me and attach it to private offset account with my Federal Reserve Bank branch to utilize that account? it's something I was told and I'm seeking clarity.
