Court will only allow an attorney to represent ny corporation in court

if I want to represent my own corporation, or appoint someone who is a non attorney, how do i do it since the court doesn't allow a non attorney to represent corporations? And can I exhaust my private administrative remedies against the plaintiff or the court if my corporation is the defendant and my strawman name (personal name) isn't on the lawsuit (not on the docket as a defendant)?
