traffic court

hey guys, so i have this traffic case that I've been fighting since 2014. going to hearings but challenging jurisdiction and not claiming the straw man when they call it so on and so forth. each time the judge just puts out a bench warrant for my arrest and her minions the officers haul me off to jail, except the last summon they just kicked me out. i think it was because i put in a reservation of rights with the clerk i'm not sure. anyway i still have this bench warrant out for m arrest and they sent me a letter to pay a fee for my supposed violation, so being it that i'm not very well versed in the matter of law yet i'm studying though which led me here, i decided to pay the fine to get this thing over with. but they wouldn't let me do that until i see the judge which i would rather not see, i'm pretty sure shes gonna try and punish me in some way. this is in Florida by the way and supposedly its a "criminal" traffic violation by their standards, which i know cant be because traffic violations are civil. so pretty much id like to know if you guys can give me a hand with this situation, i read somewhere that in Florida after a year you can move to have the have the case dismissed for not giving me a speedy trial but i'm not sure how to go about this. i'm still learning and boy do i have a ways to go. if anyone can help it would be really appreciated. thank you.
