D&B NUMBER

I have opened a UBOT (non-interest bearing checking account) for the trust.  and I applied for a D&B number on Jan 5th. I have not received it. I spoke with various reps at D&B and all they tried to do is sell me the number for the low price of $1,599. and its on sale now for $799.00. basically what I am trying to say is that they are not wanting to give me the free D&B number. what should be my next steps? everything that I have been trying to do according to the redemption manuals and the reps at SPC seem to be harder than they should be. Apparently the state I am currently in is harder to establish these things than others.   from what I gather. This process creates another identity for you.also, you cannot register anything with the state. In my state to conduct any business or have business accounts you have to register with the state. the redemption manual 2 says that sometimes it is ok to register a DBA. I have countless hours in study of pretty much everything. common law, public law, trusts, SPC's. and nothing is helping out with the completion of things. I am not giving up. but it seems like the rep's at SPC or any other sites make things so easy. same goes for the redemption manual. well, hope someone assist me with the D&B number :)
