Defense against parole
silvers419 asked 13 years ago Am I just openly vulnerable till this post conviction process is complete? .... It sounds as if I'm at the whim of the system till I receive relief from the post conviction remedy! Or once post conviction remedy has begun is there some protection, say , from the over action clause?
