Discharge debt, SPC filing
Upon submitting my new SPC package I was asked by Sovereign filings to submit my birth certificate - what was that submission for? And why am I not able to use that for discharging debt?
It would seem to me that if I\'m making the Treasury my fiduciary, submitting a birth certificate bond and putting it on the UCC - that\'s all I would need is to get a CUSIP number and then I\'m the holder in due course. Walah, I should be able to write negotiable instruments against that $100mil. bond that\'s in the SPC package. After all that\'s why I got Sovereign filings to do the paper work.
Please explain - details with law please if possible.
