Discharging a co-signed loan, is it possible?

Is it possible to discharge debt that has more than one debtor via co-signer? I.E.: SPC (prior to SPC filing) obtained personal line of credit loan with a co-signer, can SPC still discharge that debt and it not affect the other party (co-signer)
