I Need To (Discharge/Pay Off) My Mother's House Mortgage ASAP Because of an emergency situation but I need to be guided. I've Just Filed My UCC (Full) In Florida But Haven't Opened my Trust Account Yet (Because I don't wanna make mistakes) I'm planing to open a Trust Account In Wells Fargo or PNC Cause It Was Recommended here to do so!

But I would like to know what to do exactly after opening my trust account until I reach the step to discharge my mother's mortgage!
