I am an SPC and before I became one my wife and I were headed towards divorce. I am currently contemplating filing for divorce, but with the court appointed divorce documents that were sent to me from the court. I will be filing this action on my own. Is there any particular way this action should be filed i.e., special court appearance, filed as the DEBTOR, attorney in fact etc?
