I was ordered to pay my ex-wife's loans, that were in her name. These loans were for my use but, I gave her 80% of the the pay-off in cash. She chose to not pay a lump sum but, to supplement her income and pay paments. Now these loans have interest and are now more then the original amount. I'm hoping to be able to take care of this somehow...The court is a Tribal court, in a very small town and the Judge is my ex's childhood friend. Can somebody give me some advice, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank you
