does anyone have an example

Hello does anyone have an example of IRS Forms 211,1099-OID, 3949-A, 1096, 1040, 1040-V, 1099-A1099-B, 1099-C. Im already secured and have my trust account set up and I have all these forms just nervous to not have something filled out right or missing anything to be able to set off discharges. I just dont want to get into any trouble and want to compair it with what i have just to have more than one opinion.
