EIN Application

In "Operating Secured"p.50 "How to apply for your EIN online"#16 states that you need to enter the date the trust is funded, and that information is found on your documents where the beneficiary info is. So to me that means the Registry of Trust certificates and the date is the header in the upper left, correct? Thank you
