Exempt from fee, fines and levy

As an spc exempt from fee fines and levy, if one is a secured party and creditor...with an exemption number untested yet...but about to be one should be able to draw up an instrument whether it be criminal etc...and put the clerk on notice of ones status. Direct the clerk of court, judge etc....showing evidence of ones Bond at the treasury, exemption number and they must use the exemption number to close any and all accounts for the legal fiction...then follow through with legal notice and demand and the rest of the mailings and finally consent to judgement with all provisions in force and whatever monatary valuefor default...
