  1. I see in the redemption process that "filing solutions" creates a bond that has to be sent to the U.S. Treasury. I need a similar bond created that could be used to go to the UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT in California, to act as a security or a method to circumvent any financial liabilities in the event the Court grants a motion/request/or preliminary injunction that I submit in regards to my criminal case. This is usually standard procedure in the Admiralty Jurisdiction Court. People like Sam Kennedy and Jack Smith talk about this in some of their material. Sam Kennedy use to give the court the birth certificate or a bond similar to the redemption process bond that goes to the Treasury Department when engaging in his private administrative remedy process. I looked at the FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL/CRIMINAL PROCEDURE rule 65(c), and it talks about a security having to be given to the court, in order for the court to approve an motion/request/or preliminary injunction. This is in the event that the action that you are asking the court to take, causes damage against the other party in the action (DEFENDANT/PLAINTIFF)
