How would I go about asking for the Bonds in my case (SF 24,SF 25,& SF25A) under the F.O.I.A? And where would I mail the request to? I am currently on supervised release and have heard that requesting this information will get the case discharged/dismissed. Thanks

At the state level you can file a counter claim of the "wrong done", "Fraud", "Duress", etc. (keep in mind that different states, counties and courts will have different rules and names/terms for laws and statues). I think at the federal level it would be a Federal Tort Claim under the Tort Claims Act, under 28 U.S.C. §§ 2671-2680. What you are trying to do is cancel the bonds,  thats how courts/local municipalities get money on your credit and living energy. Their is money in imprisoning people so they use us. I believe there are 3 Federal forms sf 23-24-25. SF stands for 'Standard Form', which is a federal form. This in a sense challenges the legitimacy of there bonds and rescinds them so they wont make money of you being in jail/parol/release. The corporate system doesn't want to keep people it can't profit off of.    You will have to do some research to make sure these are still current, because the laws and forms get changed in order to keep people from learning the system.

You would file it with the court that prosecuted you. Or any court at the federal level, but you may have to get the case transferred to the nearest court to you (if distance is a factor). I say this in Theory, my case was at the state level....I got what I wanted before ever escalating it. I came across this stuff in my studies. Please do your research and be sure for yourself.
