What I do not know is how to apply the abilities in UCC to; a) stand on a claim, and b) issue a trademark and copyright claim, and other types of claims, and then apply collect collection on the adverse party.

The purpose of the above is about apply offense/heat on the opposing side per the info below:

13. I am fighting a bank foreclosure case on a foreclosed propety of a few years ago. The court threw the bank out several years ago which was handled by my attorney at the time. Years later on this relitigated case no attorney has filed a notice of appearance according to the rules and the complaint is signed by an attorney not related to the case. They have violated many rules, laws, statutes..etc. but its all predetermined, staged court, etc…. Appears to be extortion? by a select group of parties/attorneys and the bank (not generalizing) . I have exhaused all escalations in the statutory court of the state. No other judge wants to touch the case and protecting each other (have evidence) . No opinion, etc.. The lower trial judge was put his position by a past governor who circumvented all regular process to become a judge. A non related article speaks about this judge being the least qualified and political against various other judge candidates. The case is extreme malicious procesution. The docs by opposing side are fake and all the evidence is in the docket…
..any remedy to apply heat on these bad energy entities?

I do everything I can to not ask for help. The point that I am asking a question now, and seeking more knowledge ..I means its beyound extreme and time sensitive.
