Background: So my strawman has been a Federal employee since 2012. At that time SPC status was not attained so the entering into employment was under the SSN number. SPC status was attained in about 2016, and so the natural man now represented the Debtor in employment. During my representation of the straw man I had continually and on a regular basis went be my natural man name Tony. Everyone called me Tony, and I introduced myself as Tony (the charges are to the Strawman). The charges: An incident occurred in witch I put my hands on another human (Still a debtor). The other man is ok, he was not harmed merely pulled a little. No harm was done, no change to quality of life, he continued to go about his day and week. The next day I find out he had gone to his Forest Service Law Enforcement father (cop) and had apparently took the other guy who was there and witnessed it all and filled out witness statements with the (cop) father. I came in even guided the guys through physical training, and when finished I get hit with this bombshell. I get told we are to be kept separate and that I most go to their district office. I noticed I was being held up for something and then get told (5 minutes prior to arrival) that two law enforcement officers were on their way from Redding California. They arrive, read me my rights; I ask if I am being charged with a crime, their response was that I was being charged with assault and intimidation of a federal employee...he then asks if I would like to speak with him....I respond "Nope, I would like to invoke my inalienable rights and remain silent and free from self incrimination. He asks for identification I give him my SPC id, he (in a smug manner) smiles and pressures me for other id, I asked him if any info like that (state drivers license) could be used against me in a court of law, he doesn't answer so I stay silent. He tells me to clear my pockets and spread'm. I get frisked, cuffed, and put in the car. He then asks while I'm in back that he could let me go if I provide an address or phone number where I could be contacted for the citation. I tell him I do not consent to contract and that this is illegal. He makes snide remarks to his partner saying "oh he's a sovereign". He tells me I'm being arrested for impeding or delaying a federal investigation to which I say "how?? I invoked my inalienable rights, that cannot be treated as crime". He tells me if I had given an address or phone number this wouldn't have happened. The next couple of days: I get taken to a cell in Weaverville California where I continually (but peacefully) protest at every stage. I get fingure printed in which I inform the Jailors that supreme court ruling has ruled a mans signature and fingure prints are personal property and that I do not consent. Jailor acknowledges and does it anyways. They go through my backpack and find a DD-214 (document of the the Strawmans military service) and find the strawmans state ID (signed "Without Prejudice UCC 1-308 & UCC 1-103.6). Upon my release I am presented with documents to include a citation in wich I sign ALL; Without Prejudice UCC 1-308 & UCC 1-103.6 (with brackets) and adding Signed under Duress to all of them. They had indeed booked the Strawman for these alleged crimes after illegally finding those documents upon the illegal search. I was told the State charge was the Delaying or impeding a Federal investigation while the Assault and Intimidating a federal employee are going to be Federal. I was told I could not set foot on Forest Service property (which is incidentally where the strawman address is based off the Strawmans documents. Today I received a call that from one of the men I had worked with informing me I had mail from the Sheriff's office of Trinity County (of where my illegal stay was).

Questions:

1.) Could I have the mail forwarded to a nearby location to me and then use the Return to Sender Method (without opening it) in order to deal with the state? Seeing as they are indeed charging the strawman even after getting my SPC id. 2.) Would the same method be applicable to the Federal Charges seeing as that is where the Strawman address is? Also, keep in mind no one is actually hurt, no one's quality of life has been affected including the allged victim. 3.) I have tried negotiating but it seems like they will go forward with the Federal Charges so any ideas on what course of action I should take? right now I was thinking return to Sender but I'm sure if I want that mail forwarded to my current location as I never gave them anything but my SPC id. 4.) Will I need a bond made up to keep me, the natural man from jail?
5.) Should I just deal for now and file a tort claim later? I'm trying to find the best way to stay out of jail and keep the Strawman relatively un scared so as to continue finding employment elsewhere.
