General SPC

Hello Sovereign community, I am rather new to this status towards our great government and need a little bit of guidance. I have a few questions, I apologize in advanced if they have been asked before or if I put this in the wrong category. So far, I have made a payment on my credit card that intially went through and was reveresed 4 days later. A few weeks after that, I processed two more payments. One for my full car loan amount and another one for a store credit card. I am still waiting for those confirmations and am praying that they do not get reversed. What I am confused about is as follows; Do I need to claim Secured Party Creditor status to use my SSN account to payoff debt? If so what is the best way for me to file? Should I outsource and pay for help to file correctly? Another question on my mind.. My grandma recently passed away and my mother is now in charge of dealing with the estate, paying off the bills, etc. Is there anyway we could take control of that situation and discharge all of her debt?
