Getting things going

just got out of the state operated hilton last week. became secured in 2015 while inside with help of my son. once out checked status of trust bank account and they had closed the account because a zero balance due to them taking service fees due because of low opening deposit. they could not reactivate the account so i had my son/ttee open another account with a larger deposit. i was with him but not on the account yet because i changed my name and did not know how to go about adding it without any identification. so here are my questions.

1. how do i add my spc name to the account without throwing up red flags at the bank
2. how to update my account number at the treasury since the number changed.
3. can i file copyrights to online service providers to remove online footprint.
