GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT/DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY

Is it possible to receive some kind of document from the Government confirming my Sovereign Status? This is a personal undertaking by me that I wish to do myself. I would appreciate and and all helpful information you could provide on these procedures including how to receive diplomatic immunity credentials. Thank you so much.
