Has anyone had success getting an EIN number by mail?
Ben asked 3 days ago I purchased a UBOT last year. This is in addition to my SPC. I used the SS-4 included in the document package to submit to the IRS for an EIN. I submitted one in May and another in August. I received no response or EIN. I am assuming they want my SS number on line 9a "Type of entity” - Trust (TIN of grantor). My full name is listed instead. They have an updated SS-4 form as of December 2025. Not really changed, brackets removed from Designee’s telephone fields is all I could see. Online application has same requirement.
Has anyone had any success with this? Any suggestions?
