Has anyone used a CUSIP?
hop2017 asked 7 years ago Has anyone listed a CUSIP as an Asset in a Bankruptcy? The only debt I have is a real estate loan. I happen to have to CUSIP number for that real estate loan....can I list that as an asset? Before I get flamed with comments to discharge the debt I'm not a novice I've discharged my student loan, cc, hospital bills and collection accounts. I have been using the administrative process for the last 4 years with no success other than not paying mortgage.
