Help to become a SPC.

Firstly I'd like to say not related to this, absolutely love the resources you guys provide for individuals. its professional, clean, not a mess, and a big help! though quite a bit of studying, which I don't really mind :P your doing people a good service no one really professionally dares to.
So I've been interested in becoming a secured party creditor for some time now, my legal situation lead me to it, and now being aware of its benefits(a question for benefits later), its just something I want in general. Though I'd rather not have to pay 150 for the filing or any more for the rest. its something id like to understand with help without having to pay.(Also due to no job due to my legal situation, or Id likely buy the full deal actually)
Is there possibly anyone who might be able to help me out with it/examples/etc.? Thanks much for your time!
