Hello I searched these term and am surprised i didn't see any question for it.. Is it possible to cancel a contract with the homeowners association? My hoa is attempting to foreclose on me.. I did an a4v, incorrectly im sure.. And revoked the deed of trust per winston shrout.. Did a affidavit of ownership on my authenticated warranty deed. But looking closer i feel as i havent cancelled the contract with the Hoa..where is it? And will my perfected security interest prevent them from foreclosing? I feel like ive gave the bank major hurdle but Did i cover hoa.. I dont intended to pay them, but must stay in contract and force a4v's on them?
