Before I submit a post conviction remedy can I submit a notice of demand, my  copy right  form, a disclosure of bonds request, and form 56 fiduciary trustee to the head of parole, district court and head of the sheriff dept. in my district?  i.e. I am trying to put my foot on the head of the snake before I cut it off.
