HOW CAN A4V PROCESS WORK WITHOUT PULLING THE BOND? I NEED HELP

Hi Folks: Hope you're all doing well. In my efforts to gain control over my trust, I’d became a Secured Party Creditor. Since we all know money doesn’t really exist, and the need the pay debts becomes apparent, we find processes that allows us to return these Bills, that are nothing more than Presentment and/or offers back to the so-called government. One process I am familiar with is the A4V. But I’ve just learned that in order for this process to work effectively, I must pull the Bonds in question! Look folks, like many of us, all I’m trying to do is acquire a step by step instructional guide to do this A4V process correctly to include pulling Bonds. I have a shit load of bills that I need to get rid of and all I wish to do is acquire a step by step full correct process, nothing left out. Please understand that I’m retired, disabled and collecting a small amount of money each month, and basically I’m in the poverty level group but still maintaining. I can pay installments only if anyone can provide me with what I am asking for, nothing more and this must be a complete instructional guide so as to avoid having to go back to the purchaser and pay for additional hidden surprises.
