How do I make an investment bond

Still trying to finish my UCC1, I'm trying to figure out the private resgistered bond for investments, does this have to be on bond paper, if so what is the weight? Where do i get this borders needed to make them? I've also found there special ink used in the making of bonds, is that something I need to get, or am I completely wrong. Thanks
