Hi SC family, Anyone know how to stop debt collectors from sending letters and calling your phone? I heard of a process below but anyone in here know the process? Debt Elimination Documents Simple to fill out Documents for Debt Elimination
1) A 2-page dispute letter
   (Microsoft Word format {doc})
2) A 1-page affidavit for the    lender to sign (they won't sign    it -- that's why they let you go!)
   (Microsoft Word format {doc})
