How should I message my Governor asking to aid in my protection like Charlie Sprinkle did? Also how should I go about mailing my local law enforcement asking if I am being investigated?

Lately, I have been having people trying to frame me. With the very rare form of stalking where a stalker accuses his/her prey on stalking them when he or she is doing the stalking. This guy was confronted in a gun shop and that quickly shut his framing down. I had had cops repeated in my area. . . . When I finish shopping there would be a cop sitting where I park (away from every other car right beside the store where normally employees park) and as I am putting groceries in the officer leaves. That has happened a few times. Too many times to say that that is "normal." I do know that I am a target in this community. I know from personal exoriences and also by others that are involved in the commuinty via governemnt telling me themselves when I was a teen ager. (I would simply walk the streets and go to the library everyday or to a friends house just to get away from home. Becuase of this some women in the community didnt like it and they would have meetings about me in the Town Hall. (As the Mexican woman put it who told me.) And I had multiple people warning me to leave this area before I turn 18.) Lets just say I lot of crazy things have been happening - and I have relatives that can back up the claims by being witness. Does anyone have any reccomendations?
