How to 90-Day Adjournment of a Case?

A friend told me Sam Kennedy talked about adjournment of his case by 90-days; it was in a discussion about bonds with Jean keating but I can not find this online.
Does anyone know how to adjourn a case for 90 days?
"I need to buy some time to defend myself, file UCC, gather the Bonds of the case, discharge/accept for value ect."
