How to Avoid possible incarceration for pre conviction

I have been charged with an alleged distribution charge a possession charge and possession of a weapon charge .  Now here is the Funny part --- I Do Not do drugs, deal drugs or posses drugs Nor do I own a firearm..   they have no proof , no fingerprints on the drugs or gun,  no audio, no video, no photo's of me with the person,  no marked money,  only the officers testimony ,  never had a gun on me ,  the found it in my home and I had 2 other persons living there..  sad part is the guy I let stay had a record and served time I never knew..  plus he served time for distribution of a cds...  So any Ideas guys ???  Has anyone used GSA BONDS ???  Anyone know how to reach              Pastor Tony King....       HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED ..   email me Angelocuculino@gmail.com   in subject line please put  "HELP IS HERE"  so I don't think its spam     I have under 3 months to resolve this matter so any help will be welcome....
