Hi Folks:

My brother had several roof contractors inspect his roof hoping to get the best possible estimate and price to replace it.
One contractor had my brother sign an Authorization for Inspection document, 2 pages, just for inspection. But today he was served with this lien charging that he owes $1500 and this doc was filed with the clerk of court. Does anyone have an idea how to challenge this problem, please, thanks.
