I am not SPC yet and will probably have someone assist with this process to get me on my way. But I wanted to know if in one filing my papers are sent to Canada as well as the US? I plan to have businesses in the US, possibly in Canada and out of either Mexico or Costa Rico, so I want to be sure if I end up living in Canada I will be able to do that with a single UCC filing process. I am new, obviously, and want to ensure I understand this dual situation I am in as it related to becoming SPC. Thank you!
