I have spotted fraud in my assignments, robo signatures. Can I file a suit and sue for fraud?

- Gateway bank FSB is attempting to foreclose on my fiances parents house. After a lengthy 8 year battle with several banks claiming ownership of the home, and attempting to foreclose, a judge ruled the foreclosure discharged. The original lender was lendamerica. I have been reviewing the assignments and it seemed that Lendamerica assigned the loan to MERS and MERS assigned it to Gateway bank. I went and did a Fannie Mae loan lookup and have come to find that Fannie Mae states that they own the loan. I also decided to go through a lot of documents that are apart of this refinance that her parents did, such as the assignments, and discovered LINDA GREENS signature and BRIAN BLYS signature on assignments. They were both apart of the robo signing scandal. The notaries were bogus as well. What does this mean for their foreclosure, if anything at all? What is the next step toward warding off this foreclosure?
