I need easy to follow instructions to requesting a transfer of my TDAs into my won TDA account please

Hi, I am a new SPC and I am thoroughly confused with too many instructions I have found to transfer my old TDAs into my new one. I need help or a direction where I can find easy to understand steps to accomplish it. Any help with it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Kind regards
