- Once my [SPC] status has changed, completed, by your office, could this put an end to my Immigration/deportation proceeding?
- I have an [Habeas Corpus petition] currently pending at the Syracuse Federal Circuit court. However, as a result of the [Secure party Gedikon] filing, would it support, and/or, expedient a decision in reference to said Habeas Corpus petition. Meaning, can the SPC process trigger a faster court date result due to the Judgment Administrative debt been paid?
- Also, would I automatically get granted [Diplomatic status/Immunity] upon completing my SPC / filing process? Of which my present civil court [INS] Immigration warrant could be dismiss. Under the [Vienna Convention Diplomatic relations under sec. 254b or 254c of this title] Immunity against all civil proceedings?
- Or, do I have to file separately for [Diplomatic Status/Immunity] in addition to my [SPC] filing process?
- I was served with a warrant for my arrest for the passing and, other violations offenses. However, I’d return said warrant with the [CAFV: Conditional acceptance for value – request, but not limited to, a correspondence attached with and affidavit to the [warrant /demand for a payment of [this] debt] Issues – now what should I do next?
- Among other things, that I do have other future court dates coming up! However, these said court’s dates are mostly schedule by [Feb 2014] of next year – where which should be six [6] months prior to my [Power of Attorney – Mr Remy Jr Jeanty] starting my [SPC] Process. Therefore, I am asking for any suggestions as to how to handle any future court appearance hearing once I am a [Secure Party Creditor] for whatever reasons or purposes.
- My criminal case file’s documents were sent to the Georgia Sovereign filing solution and I would like to know what’s the status of their review? And/or a result of said review – what’s were there findings?
- My documents will show that, I ‘d have file for my [Penal bond escrow account, criminal forensic return funds] – However, the IRS first attempt was to have me pad a fee for some alleged error that I may have made within the filing of the 104 . Nonetheless, I’d gotten said fee dismissed due to a statement of facts that I’ve had responded with a more or less, any suggestion as to what else to do next in order to obtain my 28% legal/lawful cut from them?
- Can you/your office please e-mail the [SPC] Pamhela list fo being a [same party creditor’s benefits] to my P.O.A/Power of Attorney in my behalf!
