I have been studying the SPC processes for a number of months, and have decided to work with SFS as a way to begin the filing process. Now that this part is underway, I need to know where to turn next? One benefit of the Secured party status is the ability to discharge debt. So Please where are the steps? I do not mind studying, but just need real advice on the correct source. By "correct" i mean one that works in 2017. I do not mind sharing successes. Please advise.
