Is This Just a Big Joke?
Let me start by saying thank you to everyone coming together and helping make this easier for people like me, and I'm not trying to argue or start fights with this post. I don't think I'm alone when I say I haven't lost my faith completely yet but I may be on my way. I'm very passionate about all this and I want to complete my process to become a truely free human being, but the more I learn and dig and dig, the more ridiculous the whole thing seems. I mean first of all, there's "evidence" of a trust in some obscure places but they'll never admit that there really is one, so how can I be sure I'm taking control of a trust already created and not creating a new one? And clearly their trust is bulls..t anyway, how could ANYTHING dealing with the trust they created be valid? It can't be right? So why bother filing any documents? If all this is true couldn't we just beat them in court every time? I don't understand why I have to prove I'm not a legal fiction, it is pretty obvious isn't it? And shouldn't it be easy to prove full disclosure was never made making the contract nunc pro tunc ab initio? Or at least as easy to prove as is it is to go through all this crazy nonsense of the SPC filing? I mean if the SPC process is recognized as a valid process by the government, why not just let them take you to court and then force them to admit they created the trust and blow the lid off the whole thing? What is the point of filing? Why send anything besides a Legal Notice and Demand? I'm almost starting to feel like it's a big scam... I really don't think it is a scam, but I can't help but feel that way a little being lured and watching others be lured by the $100M bond that turns out to be useless. At least for me from what I can tell because I don't have any debt and apparently buying a house/car intending to discharge the debt is illegal so since I wasn't stupid and didn't buy crap I can't afford I don't get to enjoy the benefit of discharging debt... I guess my question boils down to, why send anything besides a Legal Notice and Demand? Why can't everything we intend to get out of the SPC process be included in the Legal Notice and Demand?
