Good morning to you guys that help us with these Sovereign / secured party creditor issues. I tried to retrieve my judgment entry from the Queens County record room and they refused and got nasty with me notand giving me my public document which is the Judgment entry/uniform sentence & commitment form they called Security on me and showed me a black &. White paper. With a rule they made. Up to show but not copy. Help me please find a solution for them neglecting me my document so i can continue. My Tort process??? thanks & God bless

They are public records, public records are available to the... public. If they will not give them to you and are required to by law another option would be to do a FOIA request for the information. If it were us we would send it certified mail return receipt and not extent the time they ask for when they return a paper asking for more time as they are bound by law to give it to you in that time frame. If they want to make they law they should follow it as well!
