Letter to Treasury – Discharge Process – page 14

Hi - thanks for you patience.  I am a little confused - do I send this "Charge Back" demand to the Secretary of the treasury after all these other steps in the process?  OR do I notify Jacob Lew that I am no longer a "DEBTOR" and will be charging back to my birth bond BEFORE I send the notice of claims to the loans?  I think the answer is to follow your order of documentation but just asking.  Do I send the same "Notice of Claim" to all the credit card companies and follow the exact same order for each company.  Just making sure before I fire away.  thanks again xoxox Zha
