Hello to all,

I am wondering about the accepted for value process as I have been informed how to do it by April La June and tried it and nothing ever came of the presentments I had sent in. I went through the process of only sending the packets to the DC, Utah, and Kentucky IRS certified mail along with my UCC-1 and a cover letter of what is to be done with the presentments. I have taken each packet and used the stamp to accept it for value, made the money order on the slip included on the presentment or made my own. I signed the back of the slip like I would a check. I have stamped each page of the presentment front and back as I was informed this is what needs to be done.

I have sent them certified mail and I am now waiting for changes to the accounts. As I have been informed it could take up to 3 to 9 months to see any changes if they happen at all. I am just wondering if someone has done this process and had any outcome as I have not seen anything as of yet. I am just trying to make sure I am doing this correctly or if there are other ways that have better outcomes.

Thank you

Trevor
