Marriage Contract

I would like to have SFS write a marriage contract for my fiance and I. As she is in Thailand I am wondering if the information request page for said contract would need to be changed as far as witnesses...as I am here, she is there, and there can not be away for 2 witnesses to swear to the fact that we both indeed signed said contract information page.....and insight would be greatly appreciated.
