Medical expenses

I need to know how to go about handling medical expenses in the near future. This is not debt that already exists, I need to cover myself and my son for near future procedures. Can someone please explain steps for creating a bond for a specific hospital or doctor? I would rather avoid insurance as i am mainly an alternative medicine type of guy. I have a specific doctor in mind for any future procedures that we may require and I have to assume hospitals are basically banks from the evidence of the birth bond, so if this can be done i'd like to know the steps 1-2-3 I dont have a whole lot of time to get this done so a concise and direct answer is most appreciated.
