new study website

Has anyone here ever heard of or use redemptionservice.com? I just heard of them tonight. Based on their home page, it seems like they know what they're talking about. Obviously it's a membership site. It says free, but you must be approved to join. Then you pay for the products and services. What caught my attention was they claim to be able to help you access the bond linked to the birth certificate. They call it the "Secured private title bond process". And it's expensive. A few grand. Just wondering if this company is reputable. Any insight is appreciated.
