I have a question about public & private & commingling. I don’t want to make a mistake and ruin the whole purpose of being a secured party. I know I have a lot to study but right now I need some quick answers before court Monday. If anyone can direct me where to look up these answers I would greatly appreciate it. I haven’t told any of the people in the court about the trust or being an SPC. I’m taking a probation deal because I am so new at this that there is probably no paperwork at this time that will be able to stand in court as a remedy because I likely won’t be able to back it up. I’m 24 years old. My plan is to take the probation, & continue studying until I learn enough to be able to use a remedy. {I’m open to any suggestions if anyone has any good advice that could help me} But I need to know 1) Where can I look up which part of the documents if any should be filed with the county that my case is in?

2) Where can I look up what is the proper way to sign documents on the public side because I just recently learned that the signature is the collateral. 3) Where can I look to find out – what happens when the courts attempt to charge the exemption account of an SPC. 4) Where can I look to find a Professional Consultant? I also need to note that I am extremely hacked online. Many of my online accounts have been sabotaged and some have been deleted without my knowledge recently. My communication seems to be controlled & greatly hindered. I can not be sure of anything I see on the internet. This has been going on for two years. I believe it would be beneficial to find a Trust Consultant to advise me. Is this the correct Title of professional that I should look for?

Thanks,

Mavinee
